I am back!!

I apologise I did not have time to post as I was helping out at Darlington College as a hair model. It was to help out with some students finishing their portfolio but it also meant that I got to dress up and feel important.

So the first style for the hair modelling was 'Fierce' so I managed to squeeze into an old costume I used for a production of Dracula and tried to be scary! Now if you know me I can't be scary unless I am really mad so trying to hold back laughter and look scary is not a fierce look!
( I haven't received the picture but stay tuned I will put them in once I get them)

The second look was Cartoon! Yes I own this costume ( watch Kamikaze Girls and then try and resist buying the dresses!) I have to say this was pretty impressive as my hair was about 4 inches high !!

So another weekend of showing off my hair. I forgot to pack my CW Hair Mask so my hair needs to be pampered back to health tonight as it was back combed, straightened, curled and all knotted in a few days.

So my review for today is MAC white eye pencil, with too many late nights my eyes do tend to look pretty dull and I love looking like I have huge eyes like those toys. So white eye liner can give the illusion of big bright eyes. I do love mac and will not go anywhere without my MAC Studio Fix Compact (Colour NC43) my love of the mac white pencil is not so great if you want a WOW factor. It does do the job of making you eyes look bright and big but only if you like being subtle with your make up...and I am not subtle with my make up (except interviews). This is something that is great for the no-make up make up look but for a night out or if you like being a bit more adventurous then I recommend Ubran Decay.

My ultimate favourite white eye liner pencil is Urban Decay. This is a super dooper white liner that gives your eyes an instant WOW! I unfortunately ran out of the pencil and managed to get it down to a single little dotty stub but when I managed to have sometime I will write a proper review on the pencil because it is Ah-Mazing and the company is animal friendly too which is a huge gold star in my books!

So how many of you lovely blog readers checked out your local college salon? Leave your comments below.

  1. I took your advice and went to my local college salon this week and I highly recommend it! Had loads of treatments done and you'd never know that I paid a fraction of what any salon charges. I feel totally pampered - the students are all so lovely, and they took their time to do a really professional job! :)
