Beauty LLB: Just Keep On Rolling...

So this week I got to see the amazing Karmin. If you have no idea who they are put them into youtube NOW! Seriously talented and they have an album out in the UK next month (it is already out in the US). The best thing (apart from being front row to their first UK performance) I got to hug Amy and Nick!

Amy's signature style is her suicide roll, a pin-up style hair do. This is a style that I love to wear and show you all how to create. In all honesty I wear my hair like this to go shopping almost on a daily basis as its simple to do and can be done on freshly washed to needing a wash hair.

Read on to find out how to create this style:

You will need the following:

Some Kirby Grips

Tail Comb

Hair Gel (If hair is layered)

Hair Spray

Scarf/Ribbon optional

1. Separate hair into a U shape using the tail of the comb and comb out smooth.

My hair is layered and I have a fringe

2. Section back of hair away so that it won't slip into your U section. Then divide the front section into smaller section and start back combing with the tail comb.

3. DO NOT BACK COMB THE TOP OF THE U SECTION! You want it to look smooth and sleek

4. You should be left with a puffy top bit of hair. Then if you have layers adding some Hair Gel to the ends to keep them all together will help when you have to roll. Once you have put some hair gel on start to roll the hair up towards the puffy top you created.

Rub Gel downwards so that hair ends are smooth and 'stick' together

Keep on rolling

5. Using your grips start to pin the curl into place. You want to keep the height on the top so just pin the curled end down.

6. Spray your hair with hair spray to keep it in place. Also spray some on to your hands and lightly rub on your hair in a downwards following the curl of the hair.
